It was an airplane party, so I thought "airmail," and I've always enjoyed the "Jenny" stamps, so this was a fun one to do.

Well, from my perspective. I did these pieces, among several others, for my then boyfriend, now husband, of all the places we first talked. Piazza San Marco stands fine these sixteen years later, but now I can see the flaws in the Florentine picture very clearly now.

Twice we stayed with my relative Gloria at her awesome cabin and the experience stuck with me. I love the idea of cabins - and I have since done a commission of an actual cabin (and not one that I imagined).
